Omelets is one of my favourite breakfast foods. How do you make them perfect? I've tried many recipes and different methods but none have worked. So today, I want to share some tips and tricks with you so you can make your own delicious and fluffy omelets every morning.

We should first know that eggs are very temperamental ingredients when making omelets. Eggs must be purchased fresh, preferably organic, and kept chilled until ready for cooking. They must be kept cool, otherwise the whites will not form properly and the yolks may become runny. This will make your omelets appear strangely colored. If you plan to cook the eggs right away, it is best to use room temperature eggs.

Another tip is to separate your egg before adding it into the pan. It is important not to allow any white to mix with the yolk as this could lead to the omelet becoming curdled.

The bottom part of an egg that is added directly to the stovetop might be burned, which could cause a ruined texture in your omelet. Instead, put the egg in the microwave for 10 seconds before putting it into the pan. The microwave heat cooks the eggs just right without overcooking them.
