Omelets are one of my favorite foods to eat at breakfast. How do you make them perfect? There are many recipes and methods I tried, but none worked. I have some tips and tricks to help you make delicious, fluffy omelets every single morning.

First, eggs can be very temperamental ingredients for making omelets. Eggs must be purchased fresh, preferably organic, and kept chilled until ready for cooking. The yolks and whites will not form properly if they aren't kept cold enough. This will make your omelets appear strangely colored. It is best to use room-temperature eggs if you are going to cook them right away.

You might also try separating the egg before adding to the pan. The yolk and white should not be mixed together as this can cause the omelet's curdle.

You could end up burning the bottom half of the egg if the egg is added directly to the heat source. Instead, heat the egg in a microwave for 10 seconds and then place it in a pan. The microwave heat cooks the eggs just right without overcooking them.
